1. Agreement and Reservation Process

Reservation Agreement: Clients are required to sign a Reservation Agreement and provide a deposit of 300,000 THB to secure their plot. Land Sale and Purchase Agreement: Following the reservation, clients will proceed to sign a Land Sale and Purchase Agreement, whereby 40% of the full amount price is due. Building Agreement: Once the Land Sale and Purchase Agreement is settled, clients will then enter into a Building Agreement, completing the remaining 60% of the full amount price. This process involves:

• Initial deposit to secure reservation.
• Due diligence period of 30 – 45 days.
• Signing of the agreement and payment of the first installment to initiate the construction process.
• Transfer of land to clients within 30 days.

2. Completion Date

Construction is scheduled for completion within 12 months from the signing of the agreement and the initial payment. Extensions may be accommodated upon client request for additional work.

3. Inclusions in the House
